Wendy was great! Me and my fiancé were first time home buyers and she made the process feel manageable and not overwhelming. She was able to get us showings on short notice and coordinate with our irregular schedules. She walked us through all of the contracts and was available whenever we needed her. We were looking at lots of older houses, so her knowledge of how houses were constructed in different decades and what renovations might be necessary was indispensable. She was able to point out many red flags and save us a lot of time and money. Would definitely recommend her to any friends and family looking to buy.
