Was looking for my first home and had a pre-approval in place. I had first contacted a different realtor who didn't even take the time to reply. I found some positive reviews of Wendy so i gave her a shot. Boy was everyone right! Wendy got a hold of me immediately and we set up a meeting over coffee. I didn't make it easy for her as i had some pretty specific requirements on property size, parking spaces, garage, distance from work, etc. but Wendy listened to everything and delivered. Before i knew it she had a list of properties. We viewed three properties before i found the one but Wendy was great about working around my schedule to make the entire viewing process easier. She would point things out i might have otherwise missed, good or bad. Wendy was definitely interested in helping me find my  perfect home, not just making a sale. I would highly recommend her to everyone!
