We had dealt with Wendy previously, and were totally 100% impressed with her.My mom had hired a different realtor to sell her house, and we ended up with such grief and stress and after 3 months being told the house was sold,and then 4 days before possession, they breached the contract and the realtor supposedly didn't even know.I told my mom that we are not staying with that same realtor, and I called Wendy Hamel and she has sold the house with 100% results again as being the best realtor we have ever dealt with.I can only wish all realtors were as efficient as she is.
