Wendy was referred to us by one of our friends whom she helped sell their condo/apartment while living in another province. I was also in a similar situation and had tried to sell the apartment using a different company but having no success. When we first met at the apartment, she was well prepared with a strategy on how she was going to sell the place. She was very knowledgeable with pricing to sell, the area that the apartment was located and the current market status. It took a total of 2 days from the listing going on MLS to getting an offer. I was thoroughly impressed by Wendy and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to sell/buy.
