This was my third transaction with Wendy. Once selling, and twice buying through her. I never have a worry about things happening on time because she keeps me totally on track and thinks of everything! She is so knowledgeable and thorough. After recently having a few failed attempts at offers for purchase, I had almost given up when Wendy found the house I didn't know I needed. She made so much effort to get to know what my goals were that when she walked into another house for a different reason she said to herself "I know the guy that wants this house" and of course, she was correct! I bought the house remotely as I was away for work, via a facetime call with her and didn't set foot in it until I had possession but I had little fear because she visited the house often and made sure the builders did everything perfectly. An absolute rock star in my opinion:)
