Wendy was absolutely awesome. We saw a number of properties with her. She rapidly figured out our needs. She advised on all aspects related to the purchase of the home in a timely manner (when to get an inspector, and when to contact a lawyer). Her understanding of the price the seller would agree on was spot on. We wondered if we were low-balling, but nevertheless quoted a much lower figure than what the seller asked for, and Wendy held firm to that line and we got the lower price. She also advised us to ask adjustments for minor issues the inspector or we found, rather than have the seller fix it, and we think it was very good advice, since the adjustment was agreed to and we get to make the rectifications on the home. I would recomment Wendy to anyobe who wishes to buy a home in the greater Hamilton area.
