Wendy and her team got my dad who is elderly to sign that the buying agent was to get an additional $20,000. At the trial by the real estate board she was found guilty for doing this. In fact, she pleaded guilty to doing that. It was also found at the trial she paid herself the extra $20,000. My dad did not get his money back. I contacted the RCMP fraud department and they said because she pleaded guilty they could not charge her. So she is getting away with ripping off her clients and my dad was not the only one.
