We waited a very long time for the right house in Fort McMurray. Initially we worked with a realtor, but we stopped because we honestly did not know what we wanted, so we went back to casually looking on our own. Then out of nowhere one day, we spotted a house we actually liked and reached out to Will. He had us inside viewing it the very next day. We ended up in a bidding war and lost it, which was devastating to me at the time. Looking back, we are so glad we did not get that place, because we would have missed out on our home. ​Will immediately stepped in and reassured us that something else would come along. He took the time to ask about our preferred areas in town, mapped out our vision, and truly listened. Armed with that list, he found our dream home within a week. The second we walked in, we knew it was the one. To top it off, the house number happens to be our anniversary date, so the whole experience felt completely meant to be. ​We could have never done this if we had kept looking on our own. Even though Will is a good friend, seeing him in his element on a professional level was amazing. He was organized, moved fast, and made the whole process smooth. Turns out his slogan is true, where there is a Will, there really is a way! We could not have done it without him and highly recommend him.
