William upgraded our own assessment of our home when we were going to list and was able to get close to 100% of the listing price, substantially more than we thought we could get. William showed us a number of properties over a period of a year and a half. He knew what we were looking for and directed us to properties meeting our requirements. Eventually we found the property we ended up buying after viewing another property that morning. His role then was to get us in to see it though it had yet to be listed and he did. We soon came to an agreement with the sellers but his knowledge and expertise helped us to feel comfortable making the purchase. His experience and knowledge and his availability were excellent, even keeping in contact while he was on a family vacation.
