Mme Levy was extremely helpful, patient, and comforting to me at all stages of the selling process. My situation was partly due to the death of my spouse and she held my hand as I made all decisions. She allowed me to not be embarrassed at my lack of knowledge and disinclination to spend a lot of money and time (and emotions) redoing the place. I felt supported.
