The Yale Levy is professional, responsive, and supportive. They managed to prepare the list according to our preference and fully respect our decisions and are very patient even though we are quite picky and meticulous on small things. They planned the house visits well so we can have good amount of visits each time. A small advice would be to check with the sellers’ agent in advance about the locks and any back-ups so we don’t end up driving all the way to some places where lock is not openable and no one to contact. (But I guess that’s also seller agent’s responsibility to make sure it is well-organized;). All in all, it was nice experience working with Yale Levy, and we learned a lot through this process.
