Mark and Yael are two truly amazing people. We felt very lucky to have such a dynamic duo working with us for the sale of our home. Mark was very personable, enthusiastic, and accommodating to of our needs. Both of them were very knowledgeable, and confident in regards to price, staging etc… Impressive,, we technically sold our property in 1 day, Amazing! YAEL, had to deal with some challenges in reqards to handling the clarity of terms of agreements of the final sale. She brilliantly cleared up misunderstandings, and technical miscommunication which occurred with a shared agent agreement. Bottom line, she stood strong, clarified our position, and closed the deal where everyone involved was happy, and satisfied.
