We were after a Realtor to help us relocate from the Fraser Valley, BC, to Ottawa, and finding Yasmin was a complete miracle. A few other reviews mentioned she had helped people move Province so we reached out to her and it was the best decision we made. Every communication with Yasmin, from our initial reach out, right through to the end was answered swiftly, and if she had to get information from elsewhere she would always let us know. We even received follow up emails if she was still waiting for answers just to say she was still on the case! There was no wondering what was going on at all, she kept us fully up to date at all times. No question we had was too big, too small or too many, she was super helpful, friendly and professional. Available at the end of the phone or email whenever we wanted, and made our buying in Ottawa a simple easy process. She really couldn’t have made it any easier for us! We flew over to meet up with Yasmin and view houses a couple of times, and each time we were so pleased we’d chosen Yasmin. Her enthusiasm for helping us really came through and even with last minute trips she was always able to make arrangements to accommodate us. We really enjoyed working with Yasmin, she has such a wonderful personality, so helpful, knowledgeable and professional. She made us feel like we were her total focus of attention. If we ever move again we would definitely call Yasmin without hesitation!
