Yasmin was amazing. We worked with her for a few months trying to find our forever home. She messaged us right away when "the one" came up in our price range, made sure we were first through the door for a viewing and had an offer written up super fast. Her attention to detail during showings, reviewing contracts and in discussions helped us identify and avoid potential issues. Looking at houses with Yasmin was fun! She was great with our kids, had useful insights on schools and communities and she made purchasing as easy as possible. Furthermore she took a lot of guesswork out of the equation with clear to do lists and deadlines. We have referred her numerous times to our friends who are moving to/within the Ottawa area and will continue to do so. We don't plan to sell in the future, but if we did, I would not consider listing with anyone but her.
