Represented us as the buyer and also listing agent. Extremely unprofessional on so many levels. 20 years of dealing in multiple real estate transactions this was by far one of the worst experiences ever. Not an agent to be trusted. Very rude and demeaning personality.

Reply: First, I never represented that Nancy. I was representing the seller. A buyer that tries to take avantage of an handicap seller and not respecting an accepted offer deserves to be brought back to reality. When trying to steal thousand of dollars from that seller, I could not let it happen. I will always defend my client. The notary totally agreed. Anybody can call the notary Me Julie Levesque at (438) 257-1390 to confirm that Nancy was acting like a crook.
