Yvette was fantastic for us as out of town buyers. She knew we had limited time in the area to look at houses and planned out the first 2 days with many houses in areas that we were interested in and then for the 3rd day we could look at some other houses after we had more of an idea on what area we liked most. She was also very understanding when we needed to take a break to calm down a 1 year old. Once we had found a house that we liked and wanted to put an offer in, she was very helpful in suggesting to add conditions that we didn't think to ask for. She also was able to get us in contact with a local painter to have painting started on our new home before we arrived. She went above and beyond our expectations and wish we had her in BC for our sale as well!
