Yvette is amazing, I got lucky with the first realtor I contacted for the sale of our house. She has so much knowledge and experience to share. The pre-work before the sale was tedious, but we put our trust in her hands and she pulled through giving us more than what we were asking for and getting the sale closed within 38 hours of the posting going live.
