Working with Zack made the house buying process easier to understand and more exciting than stressful. He really took his time to explain the whole process from start to finish to us and had no problem re-explaining things to me a few times. As first time home buyers the orientation he provided was soo helpful. He worked quickly but efficiently with good attention to detail throughout the process. He worked with our schedule and really met us where we were. No pressure to do anything we weren’t ready for. He kept us in the loop with all the steps and things to consider when making offers, even after 10pm. He had a way of keeping us hopeful but realistic. I really felt like Zack was on our team and wanted us to find what was right for us! Would highly recommend working with Zack!
