In a market that is saturated by bidding wars and purposely underpriced homes, Zaid not only supported us in the traditional way of booking viewings, teaching us about offers, and finding targeted homes in the areas we wanted, but after seeing so many homes he decided to also approach our dream homes directly. It worked. We are proud owners of a beautiful detached house in East York. I am 100% confident that we would never have been able to find this house if it wasn’t for Zaid.
