Zamian was incredible. We were first time buyers, and he was so supportive and knowledgeable. When we did find a house we wanted to put an offer on, he negotiated a price well below the listed price, and our offer was accepted. When the inspector found asbestos in the attic, Zamian somehow managed to negotiate the seller removing it and providing certificates (at a cost of 11k!). Zamian is very good at what he does, and he is also supportive and a great communicator.
