For me it’s very important to feel the agent works for my best interest. I am very bothered by subliminal coercive methods and I have to have an overall good energy feeling when I communicate with my agent. And of course: the proof is in the pudding. The result has to be satisfactory. Zarina was introduced to me by another agent I had numerous positive experiences with, and sure enough, Aizhan’s judgement of character and professionalism was right on. Zarina just did the right thing at the right time: the way she advertised the condo she sold for me, the manner in which she marked it, when she put it on the market, the asking price she advertised me to go with… all at a time when the market was starting to see a bit of a downturn… I left it all to her and all she did was perfect. The result, I sold the condo in a week, for 10% more than comparable properties were selling for, and 20% higher than another agent I interviewed suggested to go with asking. Excellent experience!
