Tammy Evans

We have had Tammy sell two homes for us. She is professional, attentive and always smiling. We would recommend Tammy to anyone looking to buy or sell. She works hard and is always available for a phone call.

We were so lucky to have Tammy as our agent for the sale of our home. From beginning to end, she was there for us. From her knowledge of the market, how to ready our home to put it on the market, open houses, everything, she guided us through all of it. Always in touch and easy to get in touch with, we appreciate everything she put into the sale of our home and especially her personal support throughout.

This is a long overdue huge thank you to Tammy for her incredible effort and patience!! Tammy has unsurpassed knowledge in her field and beyond, making our buying process so easy. We literally didn't have to stress about a thing. I will say that the phrase "It'll be a miracle if we get this house" was used, but I guess Tammy is a miracle worker too. We highly recommend Tammy to anyone looking to sell or purchase a home. You definitely won't regret it.

Stellar service. Tammy continues to advise me to this day. Best help selling as well as purchasing my townhouse. She helped me get ready for market and move in.

Tammy is a pleasure to work with. She is knowledgable, kind, incredibly helpful and resourceful, and above all she sincerely cares for the family she works with. I have used her services to sell two homes and purchase two homes, and I would use her services again.

Tammy is an expectional realtor, very professional. She guided us through the sale of our pre-sale condo within months of completion in a very challenging market. She kept us informed throughout the whole process and resulted in a successful sales.

What a pleasure working with Tammy! She went above and beyond, Tammy was so very helpful and professional, the resources she provided helped sell the property in a very short time.

Tammy is amazing! My husband and I are first time home buyers. Tammy kept us informed and comfortable with our purchase. She was there for every step of the process and answered our many questions! I would definitely recommend her to other buyers!

Tammy is the best! She made the whole process as simple and seamless as possible. She is experienced, knowledgeable and very easy to work with. Tammy went above and beyond my expectations - I wouldn’t hesitate to refer Tammy to anyone for either buying or selling.

Tammy was professional, kind and caring with our sensitive situation. We were very impressed with her knowledge and she always listened to our concerns and needs. She was very honest and open with us every step of the way. We felt genuinely cared for. I would use Tammy as a realtor time and time again.

Buying a home can be overwhelming, but Tammy's expertise in the real estate business made the journey easy. She is wasn't just a realtor but became our trusted guide through our home buying process. We highly recommend Tammy to any prospective buyers/sellers.

Tammy was very professional and dedicated, spending a lot of time on details and explanations. She communicated effectively with the buyer and handled everything smoothly. I’m very satisfied with her service and highly recommend her.

Tammy, is nice, sweet and very knowledgeable. So took the time to show me places all over langley, Whiterock and Surrey. And kept on track through out the whole process. Reminding me once or twice of what is next. I can't recomend her enough.

Tammy’s experience in the real estate industry definitely shows in the way she conducts her business. Would highly recommend her to anyone looking at buying or selling property.

Tammy was great to work with. She was quick to respond and willing to do whatever was needed. I definitely recommend her. Five Stars ! ! ! ! ! ! !

Tammy is very professional, detailed and just an overall wonderful and caring person. She has a proven track record and years of experience. Her advice was very valuable to me. I would highly recommend her to any of my friends, family and colleagues.

I have been thinking of selling my townhouse for over 4 years. It was a very personal and difficult decision to make because selling my townhouse would mean I am downsizing into a condo-huge life change! Ms.Tammy Evans had been graciously showing me condos during these years always making me feel like my time with her was valued even though, I 'may'or 'may not' be selling at that time. Selling can be stressful when downsizing but she always encouraged me to make the decision when the time was right. I appreciated that she never made me feel pressured to sell. After all these years finally it was time to list, and she helped make the process easy and seamless (not to mention getting me $25,000 higher than the asking price). She is extremely professional, thorough, patient and always willing to help, even with things such as painting and cleaning! Not only did she sell my townhouse, but as well found me a condo I absolutely love well below my budget. I feel very fortunate to have worked with Tammy Evans, and would highly recommend her to anyone I know who is considering selling or buying their home.

Tammy is a seasoned professional in the real estate game. We appreciated her in-depth knowledge about the neighbourhoods within the area and buying process as first-time home buyers. We were so thankful to have Tammy as our realtor!

Excellent service. Tammy helped with house prep and all aspects of the sale, especially in dealing with a difficult tenant. My elderly parents are very thankful for the great deal that was made. We all feel her professional services were well worth the commission paid. Thank you Tammy. Brenda, Al and Terry.

Tammy is such a supportive agent to work with! She was easy to work with when we bought our house so we had no hesitation to call her when we were ready to sell. Tammy assisted us with both selling and buying this time. Tammy either had the answer to every question we asked or quickly researched, through her many connections, to get information. She attended the townhouse inspection with us which was so generous of her time and reassuring for us when the inspector brought up issues. Tammy was always available to answer our calls and kept us informed of every detail during the listing and sale of our house. We don't have any plans to move again but will definitely call Tammy if we decide to.

Thank you Tammy! Reliable, accessible and very knowledgeable. Went above and beyond making sure everything went as smoothly as possible, while being competitive and getting the top price. From start to finish she was very responsive, kind, and a constant professional. Can’t recommend enough!

Tammy is the ultimate professional, and I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a property ! Her communication skills are top notch, and I know she is highly respected in the real-estate community.

Tammy did an excellent job of keeping our needs and interests first. Her professionalism and knowledge were excellent, I would definitely recommend her to anyone

I have used Tammy's services three times between 2016 and 2019. Currently, she is representing my interest in another sell transaction. Needless to say, Tammy is my go-to agent. She provides excellent advice and puts your interest ahead of anything else. Her communication and responsive are off the charts. Give her a call, you will not regret it. She is the BEST!!

I have worked with Tammy before. I find her to be knowledgeable, professional, and she gets to know her clients. Focuses on clients wants, needs, likes and dislikes. She does not assume anything, she listens. Since working with Tammy over the years I consider her a true friend.

Tammy made me feel very comfortable and confident that I chose her as my Realter, She is very professional and knowledgeable and would highly recommend her to everyone.

Tammy supported us before, during, and after the entire process. Including overcoming incredible difficulties, working hard to bring our sale to pass when it might have fallen through. We have bought and sold 3 homes with her and have seen her work tirelessly to look after us each time.

I was selling a rental and the tenant was quite disorganized. Tammy went beyond the call of duty. I have worked with many realtors and have never had anyone actively stage a condo for me. She also is skilled in handling difficult tenants. Much appreciated her skill and expertise.

Hardest working realtor u will ever come across.!!!!She does whatever it takes to keep clients happy, very straight forward and honest and knows her stuff.,!!!Would recommend her to anyone to buy or sell a home

Tammy Evans was fantastic is helping me purchase a great condo. She is knowlegeable, hardworking and very personable. She always made me feel important and cared for. Tammy is also very helpful with finding professionals in all areas needed in completing a home. Her advice, professional connections and early possession enabled me to get new flooring and paint before I moved in I highly recommend Tammy as your realtor as she genuinely cares about her clients. Rob Cooper

I very much appreciate professional approach Mrs Tammy Evans has provided. She was knowledgeable, responsive, helpful and willing to understand needs of the customer. We wish we have had more negotiative power in closing of the deal, though. She was leading us by hand, so to say, from the very beginning and helping in understanding even smallest details, clearing up uncertainties, so it felt quite easy and clear all the way through. I consider recommending Mrs Tammy to anyone who values his money and wish to get a great service, which is rarity these days. Thank you for your service!

Best Realtor. Extremely knowledgeable. She gets the job done and works very hard to do that. There is no one else at this level of excellence and experience! Her time and effort is applauded at every step of the transaction. Tammy bends over backwards to help and support the process.

She was excellent. Professional, honest and just a great human. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a home. Never pushy or overwhelming. Can’t say enough great things about her work ethic, honesty and professionalism.

Tammy came highly recommended to us and she certainly did not disappoint. Her thoroughness, professionalism, experience, and calm demeanour made her an exceptional agent to sell our house quickly despite a challenging market. We would highly recommend Tammy if you are looking for a top notch realtor who will get things done and go well beyond your expectations.

I was initially hesitating whether I actually needed an agent to buy a condo. After all, the listings are publicly available. But I decided to get one to help me with the entire process. I chose to work with Tammy, and Im happy I did. The entire process of buying is rather complex for a non-expert, and goes well beyond selecting the listing that appealed to me. Tammy did an excellent job with helping me throughout the process.

Tammy was great start to finish. Her vast knowledge of the real estate market made it relatively easy in a difficult market time. Her professionalism shines through but with a refreshing personal touch. I’m very happy I chose Tammy to represent my property and would recommend her to anyone looking to enter the real estate market. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Was well recommended as an agent, very professional and very knowledgeable . Went above and beyond what was recommended of here. Kept us informed at all times on whatever was necessary.

I would highly recommend Tammy Evans to everyone I come in contact with. Her professionalism and speed at getting things done is highly impressive. I appreciate how you helped us patiently through this process. Thank you Tammy & really wish you the very best in all your endeavours!

Tammy sold my elderly parents home and was the perfect realtor for a difficult situation. Her compassion, honesty and hard work resulted in a fast sale and yielding the best price we could have hoped for in a falling market with increasing mortgage rates. Her patience with my parents was incredible and we could not have asked for more. She kept myself and sister well informed of important milestones so we could assist my parents when required. Thank you Tammy.

I am so grateful for Tammy. She helped me tremendously with the sale of my home. It was important for me to have an agent that was both Professional & compassionate, as I was dealing with a very difficult personal situation. I would STRONGLY recommend Tammy! She cares deeply about her clients & it is clear she is made for this job. When she was out of country & on a completely different time zone (on her vacation), she reached out to me during a time when she should have been sleeping, as she did not want to inconvenience my schedule. Her passion shows in everything she does. Thank you so much Tammy, You are the real deal!

Start to finish, great plan and great pace. Tammy is very aware of the market and clear on what is being sold, where it is and what it is worth to both the seller and buyers.

I first found Tammy through a google search and it was the best decision I could have made. I was initially working with a different realtor which wasn't working out so well and explained the situation to Tammy. Immediately, she was very likeable, understanding, detail oriented, and after sharing my home purchase needs, very accommodating. Tammy always made herself available and was very professional, beyond what I could have ever expected. I strongly believe that the reason why I actually acquired the specific condo that I did was because Tammy successfully negotiated and fought on my behalf, especially in this challenging housing market. The most impressive aspect of working with Tammy is that even after the purchase was complete, she checked in on me, assisted on several things to save me from the burden, and I know that I can always reach out to her long after my move is complete. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Tammy helped me find an apartment that I love. She is a very hard worker and genuinely cares for her clients. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Tammy took us to look at many places and worked with our schedule to get the showings. When it came down to get a deal done we were so happy to have Tammy get the deal done for us.

We met Tammy several years ago, and immediately liked her. When it came came time to sell my mother's home, we called Tammy. She did a wonderful job of of listing and selling it. We are now thinking of moving soon, and will use Tammy again.

Tammy worked extremely hard to get our listing on the market fast. It was listed within 2 days! She was extremely kind and accommodating to our renters. Respecting their space and wishes for showings of the home during the endemic. Tammy kept in close communication with us and our renters during the process. From her years of experience she gave educated confident answers to our questions. In this volatile housing market we were made to feel comfortable.

I have used Tammy's services in the past for a purchase and just recently had her sell my house. She has been very helpful in both. She brings a lot of knowledge and expertise when it comes to real estate. She was also very helpful and kind with my tenants that where residing in the home which she just recently sold for me. I would highly recommend her services!

Working with Tammy made the whole purchasing process run very smoothly. Her expert knowledge in multiple areas helped me to be aware of any potential issues a property might have. She was great at explaining industry standards for how everything works to a first time home buyer like myself. In addition to the high level of professionalism, Tammy is a wonderful, kind person and always went above and beyond for me. We worked on finding my apartment for multiple months and she was consistently supportive throughout the whole process. I would recommend her to any friends and family looking to make a change with buying or selling a property.

Loved working with Tammy. She is definitely hands on, even assisted with grouting my bathtub and walking my dog. All that AND she’s a nice person. What’s better than that

The best agent I have ever had, fights for you till the very end!!! She is knowledgeable, very experienced and acts for you as the best friend. So, when it is time to buy or sell I will ask her to help me again.

Tammy is a fabulous Realtor, handled the listing and sale of our house, also referred us to another great Realtor in Campbell River who help us purchase a home there. We can not say enough about the service Tammy provided for us on the recent sale of our home. She made herself available from the get go and worked hard to get us the desired outcome. We listed and had an accepted offer in just a few days. That included professional pictures and a measured floor plan on the realtor.ca website. Would recommend her services in a heartbeat! Thank you Tammy!

Met Tammy who was referred by another agent from lady smith area. Tammy was excellent to deal with especially in this market of multiple offers and very inventory After several unsuccessful offers we did find a property. Tammy is very energetic friendly and very knowledgeable regarding the area I wanted. Very Happy with the deal and location.

Tammy is absolutely fabulous to work with and responds to our requests with sometimes little or very short notice! Can’t imagine working with anyone better!! We are actively looking to upgrade again and she’s been getting us into see listings before the Open House or coming with us to the Open House. She’s able to assess the “liveability” of what we are looking and quickly point out any red flags that we would have missed!

Tammy had professional photos of our house done very quickly to get it on the market. Loved her negotiating skills and our house was sold the same day. Very professional and knowledge. Would recommend her.

Tammy provided fast, efficient, and effective service. She was very sensitive to my needs and expectations and provided excellent advice. Tammy dealt with all issues that came up, and truly went the extra mile

Tammy found me the perfect place to buy 6 years ago, and this past month helped me sell when I had to relocate. Tammy makes the process streamlined, efficient and with minimal stress. She is professional, while still being able to keep all the real estate jargon easy to understand. She was able to answer all questions I brought forward, and gave genuine feedback and great staging tips for the house. If you are looking for a realtor who keeps it un-complicated, and authentic give Tammy a call! My sincere thanks to you Tammy for making the house selling process so enjoyable. I truly appreciate your integrity and your positive outlook. Working with you has been a pleasure.

Tammy goes above and beyond before and after sale of your home. She is absolutely amazing, professional and honest. Tammy cares for clients like they are her family. We would highly recommend Tammy Evans to anyone looking for a real estate agent who will stick by you through the entire process of selling and buying your home. There is no comparison, seriously incredible. You won't be disappointed.

I have dealt with Tammy for 11 years and she has surpassed all my expectations and been the best realtor I could have found. She has stayed in touch with me over the years and I have recommended her to many buyers and seller.

Tammy gave us lots of valuable advice and always double checked the condition of our townhouse prior to a showing. She is a very friendly, honest and helpful person, and her clients needs are uppermost in her mind. We would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone wanting to sell or purchase a home.

We have worked with Tammy for several years. Selling and buying three homes already. She has always been magnificent and hard working - we were very grateful to have her on our team helping us find our home.

I appreciate Tammy's professionalism and her genuine care. She listens carefully and responds to your needs even going beyond what you would expect! She did a great job representing us and helping us to get a great property at the best possible price.

Tammy is Professional, knowledgeable and leads with Authenticity. She created a great environment for me to find a place and be confident that It would meet all of my expectations. I look forward to working with Tammy in the future!

Tammy is a very knowledgeable, reliable and dedicated realtor. She represented our interests fully in the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new one. She was always available, at the drop of a hat, to answer questions. She was 100% committed and present at EVERY viewing of our home. She raised questions, that we didn't even think of. She made the entire process easy, seamless and successful. We recommend Tammy if you are looking for fast action and successful results.

This is the second time we have used Tammy as our agent. She is so helpful with staging and her eye for detail is incredible. Our home sold very quickly, but she didn't slow down until she found the perfect place for us. Her knowledge of the market got us the best price. We would highly recommend her to anyone wanting to buy or sell.

I cannot rate Tammy highly enough. She has helped me and a friend with a number of transactions and her service is always excellent. This time, her staging skills came to the fore. She definitely has an eye for design and finds easy and inexpensive ways to make a space shine. We got glowing comments on the presentation of my condo and her staging certainly played a key role in my quick and successful sale. Tammy truly cares about her clients. I trust her absolutely in all matters real estate and frankly would be lost without her. Thank you Tammy.

Tammy was incredibly knowledgeable and very professional every step of the way. She went way above and beyond and she consistently responded to questions quickly. Very personable and she seemed to know more than the other agents. I would definitely use Tammy again!

Tammy was friendly, knowledgable and professional. She gave us wonderful staging advice and was right there at the end after the transaction was done so to help ensure a seamless transition. So thankful to have had her as our agent.

We have used Tammy for sales and purchases over many years. She is professional, responsive and she cares about the details, even after a deal closes. Although we knew she had other clients, she always made us feel that our sale or purchase was the most important at the time. It is a pleasure for us to recommend her to family and friends.

Tammy, went above and beyond, very well informed, we would have been lost without her, would recommend Tammy to friends and family. Great personality, and always ready with a helping hand .

Tammy is the best realtor . I met her 21 years ago and she sold my condo and helped us buy our home. 21 years later I called her again to sell my house and help us buy a new home She goes the extra mile for you she is professional , friendly and trustworthy. She is reliable and always there when you need her help. She cares about her clients and works hard for them. I would recommend Tammy to everyone who is buying or selling she is the best in the business. We will call her again when we need to move. Thanks Tammy your dedication and hard work does not go unnoticed. Lynn

Excellent service, Tammy was very helpful for someone such as myself who's not experienced with real estate transactions. She went above and beyond in staging, negotiating with buyers, being available for questions, help with moving process, etc. etc. Thank you, Tammy!

Tammy knows her stuff! She is professional, knowledgeable, and ready to answer all your questions. Even since my purchase, I have always been able to reach out to Tammy for any questions or concerns I may have about real estate and/or renovations, etc. Tammy is sweet, pleasant and a very kind individual. I highly recommend Tammy if you are looking for an exceptional realtor!

First met Tammy about 10 years ago when we were thinking about selling our house. Her assessment of our property was spot on and suggestions for things we could do to improve the property were things we had not even realized but completed at her suggestion and were so much happier living there afterwards. We actually ended up deciding to stay and further renovate but there is no agent I’d rather work with. She has stayed in touch, remembered our property, provided advice and referrals on investments... all even without having a buy or sell transaction with us. When my mom moved here from Alberta a few years ago (huge life change for her) and wanted to buy, I recommended Tammy immediately since I knew she would be in good hands and Tammy of course went above and beyond. I think my mom probably felt like she’d made her first friend in a new place than only a realtor when she was invited to Tammy’s for a dinner party where she was able to meet some people in her new city. I’ve never come across a harder working or more committed realtor in all of these years, whole heartedly recommend and looking forward to working with her directly when it does come time to sell and find something new.

Very hard working realtor, cares about what she does and her clients need good negotiator, liaison with people.Tammy goes above and beyond what you would expect out of a realtor, good value for your money

Tammy is absolutely amazing in her professionalism, and her continued interest in us, as buyers, even many years after we bought. Her expertise, availability, loyalty and commitment to her clients' best interests is exceptional.

We have used Tammy as our agent for both buying and listing fir over 20 years. She is knowledgeable, professional, and a great asset when buying and or selling. Thank you Tammy

Tammy was the ultimate professional in providing support during the sale of our condo. Our tenant was treated with respect, and the entire process was smooth and seamless. Thanks for the great experience Tammy!

Tammy was very mindful in listing and showing my residence during the COVID-19 pandemic crises. She agreed to take it off the market during the complete lockdown then agreed to list it again. Her professionalism is outlined well in the above ratings. I would definitely recommend her as an agent.

Tammy was awesome. Prompt with responses, very knowledgeable and kind. She was amazing. We have used her twice to buy and once to sell. She is an amazing human. We refer her to everyone who needs a realtor.

I have worked with Tammy as a buyer and more recently a seller.  Tammy is a pro and very easy to work with.  She did a fantastic job marketing my home, the pictures were amazing and there were many showings even in these unusual times.  She is extremely hard working, honest, and patient.  She has excellent communication skills and is a superb at negotiation.  I would not hesitate to recommend Tammy to my friends, family and neighbours!  Thank you Tammy, I could not be happier with the results of this sale.

Our experience with Tammy was beyond the call of her duty. Apart from being friendly, cheerful, she was up to date on everything. Things to look for in a home etc.She helped us with everything. From first viewing, to helping us furnish the house. Tammys dealing with the sellers ( they didn’t have a realtor) was professional and courteous helping us to get our new home. Would recommend her as a A plus realtor!

3 of my friends recommended her when we needed a relator and I would highly recommend Tammy to all my friends and family. We had 3 transactions happening at once and she worked tirelessly through them all. Fun and easy to work with, answered all our questions immediately and offered suggestions and support throughout what is a typically stressful situation. Totally a 5 + rating for Tammy!

Tammy is a true professional. She has a strong foundation of history and knowledge in real estate and also has the rare talent of making you feel as if you are her only client. She has an incredible depth of knowledge and an honest hard working ethic I back it up. I am glad to have worked with here and would absolutely recommend her again. Thank you so much Tammy, we loved working with you and are happy to keep in touch!

Tammy was recommended to us by a family member who was in the business before retiring. We are so happy that they recommended Tammy to us. She has been fantastic through us through the whole process. She responds quickly to every communication we send her - she makes us feel like we're her only client and she has all the time in the world for us. Thanks!

Tammy Evans provided triple A service through our latest sale transaction, as she did for two previous sale transactions in Langley. Tammy is prompt, organized, honest, knowledgeable about the market, sincere and has been very helpful through the process of our estate sale, and quickly found a perfect purchaser for the specialized home.

I am so thrilled to have had Tammy helping me through my house selling process. Her strong reassuring competence made it easier to navigate the strange and unpredictable Covid 2020 housing market. She addressed issues that came up quickly and kept me well informed. I always felt in good hands and appreciated her advice. I would not hesitate to recommend her. She made it possible to stay sane in a high stress situation. Thanks, Tammy.

Tammy worked tirelessly on our behalf to sell our home. Her knowledge, experience, and professionalism is second to none. Any time that we needed help or clarification during the process, she was available and prompt in getting back to us. We are grateful!

Tammy was extremely knowledgable and helpful. As it was my first home buying experience, I had concerns about really getting the right place for me and getting the best value for my investment. She took the time to explain to me all the details of buying a home and steered me in the right direction. I really felt that she "had my back". Tammy is a very patient and generous person and really went out of her way to accommodate me. Thank you Tammy for all your hard work.

After 50 years in one house, it was time to move and we were fortunate to get Tammy as our agent. She showed us many options for our new home, up and down the Valley. Finally, we settled on a nice condo in Langley. On Tammy's advice, we poured over strata minutes and had a thorough inspection done. Tammy found answers for all our questions. We aren't sure what we would have done without Tammy's patience, professionalism, and knowledge. Buying a house now is not what it was in 1972!

Fantastic realtor! Reliable, professional, compassionate, sold house for 15k over asking. Helped me through the emotional part of selling as well as massive advertising. Always on time, available by phone or email. This lady knows what she’s doing!

I came in the world of real estate with many horror stories from the people around me of the realtor's they delt with. Many felt neglected and many felt like their realtor cared more about their money then of theirs. I can honestly say that neither of those were issues working with Tammy. We felt well taken care of, supported, guided.. we valued her advice and wisdom on things. I felt like she was fighting for us and what we wanted and ultimately was very happy about how the process completed. I not only would use Tammy again, I have already referred her to my sister. She was excellent to work with.

Tammy was a pleasure to work with for the purchase of our home! We knew right from the first interaction that she was a very experienced realtor with plenty of community involvement and a passion for what she does. She is true to herself and always puts her clients best interests at heart. She has gone above and beyond for us during a very difficult time for First Time Home Buyers, and for that we couldnt be more grateful. She has a tremendous work ethic that kept us confident and optimistic about the market. We would absolutely recommend Tammy to Friends and Family both looking to Sell and Purchase a home.

I want to thank Tammy for her professional support in helping me to sell my condo. She worked tirelessly to make the experience smooth and provided resources to help with renovations and in closing the deal. Award winning smile and positive attitude too!

We had a great experience with Tammy. Very efficient, professional with a big personality. She was quick to respond to calls and kept us posted on what was going on. Tammy made everything easy and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone.

Tammy was there for us through the thick and thin. we looked at almost 75 places before finding our perfect one. We also sold our house at a very competitive price and that was just another bonus.

Tammy made the entire process incredibly easy and was awesome with answering all our questions and meeting us where we were at as first time buyers. She is an irreplaceable resource.

Above-and-beyond service is her only focus. Tammy is the epitome of a great agent and more. Don't miss out, she is worth every dollar. Big personality and excellent knowledge of the market, are just a couple of her qualities.

She's awesome and always there to help or answer questions.

Extremely happy to have worked with Tammy. She found the perfect place for us. Could not ask for a better experience. Tammy really is fantastic!!

Extremely professional! Took care of everything! Highly recommend!

Fantastic job! ... Very pleasant. No stress sale, Took care of everything, would DEFINITELY recommend Tammy :o)

Tammy did a great job and made the entire experience so easy and effortless with all my best interests at the forefront. I would recommend her in a heartbeat

It is a very challenging sellers' market out there but Tammy fought for me every inch of the way. In a multiple offers situation you cannot have a better agent representing you than Tammy. And she makes every effort to reduce the risks and pitfalls involved in buying property. I slept well with Tammy defending my interests. She has earned my trust and my friendship... thank you Tammy for helping me find my new condo that I am so happy with!!

Tammy was the second realtor I used to sell my townhouse and oh how I wish she had been the first one! She has a wonderful knowledge of the market and the strategies to use to get the job done with professionalism, a gentle spirit and and ease of dealing with any situation. She was recommended by someone who had used her amazing services and I too, would recommend her in a heartbeat! She not only is a master realtor but is friendly, kind, intuitive, thoughtful and fun! I feel very privileged to have worked with her.

Thank you Tammy for a great job!

I've just had the pleasure of buying a house with Tammy as my Realtor. She is a joy to work with, knowledgeable, prompt and intuitive. Maybe a little bit psychic with her ability to get a sense of what I needed and just the right amount of "handholding" to ease the more stressful necessary governmental introductions to make future planning easier. I just might have to use Tammy to pick up another (renenue) property in the future to see what "magic" she can perform for me! Thanks Tammy, a job well done. Vic

The very very best of the best! I would highly recommend her to anyone.

We would, and have recommended Tammy Evans as an all around excellent realtor to our circle of family and friends. Each of them have been as happy with the results that she has delivered as we have been. She is extremely hard working and an excellent communicator. Additionally, Tammy demonstrates a high degree of emotional intelligence. As her clients, you feel truly heard and understood. She is knowledgeable and diligent and has delivered results for us, both as buyers and as sellers, that have exceeded our expectations. Tammy is kind and thoughtful and works hard to mitigate the stress of both buying and selling for her clients. We recommend her without reservation for whatever your real estate needs might be. We would give her an A+++ rating on her professional performance on our behalf.

Very knowledgeable about every aspect of real estate and all the current rule changes (set backs, rental advice, rebuilding close to streams etc..) she was always willing to help as soon as she could. We felt like a priority even during this extremely busy real estate season!

She put up with my husbands pain in the butt expectations and found him something perfect. She deserves sainthood.

We recently sold our home using Tammy Evans as our realtor. I can't say enough good things about her from staging to helping us pack up extra stuff. She advertised extensively and used a fantastic photographer to take pictures. She is so professional but it's her sensitivity that we loved the most. Would heartily recommend her.

such a pleasure to work with :>)

Tammy is terrific: professional, very knowledgeable, skilled and on top of all that very kind! I would not hesitate to work with her again, and in fact, intend to.

Tammy is an excellent realtor. She really knows the business and she is very thorough. She even took time out of her very busy schedule to do the walk through for me. I was living out-of-province and she saved me from making another trip to BC. She never forgets you and is always willing to help you..... not like some agents who don't care to see or help you after they get their commission.

Tammy is a true first class professional realtor. She is extremely knowledgeable. I love the fact that she maintains contact with her clients well beyond the initial sale/purchase of your home.

I recommend Tammy to everyone I know. She's an amazing wealth of information. Knows how to be firm yet is always kind. We made a friend of a realtor. Not very common!

Would I use Tammy again - in a heart beat! I have referred her to every person I know who has wanted to sell and/or buy and everyone has been 100% satisfied and impressed with her service. I cannot say enough good about her.

very professional, knowledgeable, and a nice person.

Tammy is an amazing realtor. She is professional and knowledgeable. She is always very sensitive to how stressful buying or selling a home can be and respectful about what a big decision this is. She takes the time to gently guide you through the process and always cultivates a very organized approach. What I appreciated most about working with Tammy was that she focused on how you "Felt" when viewing a home rather than focusing on features of a home. I have bought and sold with Tammy twice and several family and friends have used her services as well. Thank you, Tammy, for what you do. You are a Rock Star!
