First met Tammy about 10 years ago when we were thinking about selling our house. Her assessment of our property was spot on and suggestions for things we could do to improve the property were things we had not even realized but completed at her suggestion and were so much happier living there afterwards. We actually ended up deciding to stay and further renovate but there is no agent I’d rather work with. She has stayed in touch, remembered our property, provided advice and referrals on investments... all even without having a buy or sell transaction with us. When my mom moved here from Alberta a few years ago (huge life change for her) and wanted to buy, I recommended Tammy immediately since I knew she would be in good hands and Tammy of course went above and beyond. I think my mom probably felt like she’d made her first friend in a new place than only a realtor when she was invited to Tammy’s for a dinner party where she was able to meet some people in her new city.
