I would stay away from Wes as a realtor. He was the selling realtor for a house we recently bought. He misrepresented the house in his ad and it cost me thousands. He included pictures of an item and commented about it in the listing. The item was bolted and wired to the house. After the negotiations had begun he decided that the item should not have been included in the listing. Because of his shady practices I got less with the house than I should have. My suggestion. Stay away from him! - Mike Richards

IMO, this Realtor is only on one side, his side. Dealing with him was very stressful and quite frustrating.
Reply:    This is an absolute lie and libel. I have never been Mike Richard's REALTOR®. Mike Richards was represented by another realtor and was well aware (and agreed to) a hoist not being included in the sale of a house PRIOR to an offer being made, prior to an offer being accepted (he initialled and agreed to the changed for a reduced price in the house), and prior to him removing subjects on the house approximately 2 weeks later. Now 2 weeks after he has moved in (and months after the deal was negotiated) he has decided to post comments like this all over social media and on review sites. ADMIN: Please remove. This individual is being a bully and is not "rating my agent".
Reply:    This person is being abusive and vindictive on here. ADMIN, please delete all comments and reviews. I have NEVER been this person's REALTOR. I have never met this person. He is claiming that I misrepresented a property that was listed that he purchased via a different REALTOR. He is claiming that a car hoist was included in a house he bought - but the listing clearly said it was not included, it was specified in the Contract and Purchase and Sale that it was not included (which this person specifically initialled after some negotiation). This person was well aware that the hoist was not included. This was a negotiation between the buyer and the Seller - and was ultimately the Seller's decision (and the Buyer's decision to accept the the decision, which he did under contract). It's insane that months and months after the completion of the property he is still posting comments and reviews OF MYSELF on web sites like this - especially when this was a decision between the buyer and seller that he himself agreed to. This is irrational and bizarre behaviour. This site is called RATE MY AGENT. I have never been this person's REALTOR. This "review" should be removed by admin. and this person should be banned from this site.
