We reached out to Betty to list our Town Home in Cambridge. She is a very professional and hardworking person. She took care of our listing very well including staging and the photographs. She did open houses which was awesome as many don’t do or just do a few. She was following up the interested buyers / agents who came to see the property. She was careful about the compliance and keeping us in the loop. Just that there are some multiple communications on documentation side which is good but can make it more robust.
