We have a fantastic experience working with Betty. I found her knowledgeable, professional and dedicated to helping us finding the perfect commercial business. She always helped me to answer all my queries we have throughout this process. If I have option to give her 7 star, I would definitely give her 7 star Realtor Service. - Smit Thakkar
Reply: Thank you Smith, it was a pleasure supporting you in search of your new endeavour! I pray it brings lots of good memories and good luck to you and fam! Looking forward to supporting you in all your real estate needs. Thanks again :) !
We reached out to Betty to list our Town Home in Cambridge. She is a very professional and hardworking person. She took care of our listing very well including staging and the photographs. She did open houses which was awesome as many don’t do or just do a few. She was following up the interested buyers / agents who came to see the property. She was careful about the compliance and keeping us in the loop. Just that there are some multiple communications on documentation side which is good but can make it more robust. At the end she sold our property at the Market price and we are thankful for same. I will recommend her service to my family and friends. - Tarak Shah - Tarak Shah

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the conduct of our realtor, Betty Sharma, who represented our property for sale located Cambridge, Ontario. Specifically, the issue arose when our property was sold, and during the interim period between the sale and the closing date, the buyer was permitted two visits to the property. Unfortunately, we were not informed or notified of these visits by Betty Sharma until the final week leading up to the closing date. Upon questioning Betty Sharma regarding the unauthorized visits, her response was unsatisfactory, indicating that she allowed the visits due to the property being vacant. This action directly contravenes legal requirements, as realtors are obligated to inform property owners prior to allowing access to prospective buyers. Furthermore, when pressed for an explanation regarding the state of the property, given its vacancy, Betty Sharma refused to provide any meaningful response, stating "no comments." Despite my attempts to address this issue with Century 21, the response received was dismissive, with claims that such occurrences are not uncommon. Subsequent attempts to communicate with Century 21 have been met with silence. - Shah
