Ian seems friendly to win a client, once he has you, it's different. We sold a property through him and had a bitter experience, he pressured us into selling on the first offer, which was a terribly lowball. He did not negotiate for us, and when we asked questions, he got irritated. We found him to be extremely unprofessional in his approach. All he cares aboout is his commission. I would totally NOT recommend him if you're selling.
