He said he is a successful agent. He blogs all the time but never even call to check up on their clients. He lies. He is passive. Too bad

Ian seems friendly to win a client, once he has you, it's different. We sold a property through him and had a bitter experience, he pressured us into selling on the first offer, which was a terribly lowball. He did not negotiate for us, and when we asked questions, he got irritated. We found him to be extremely unprofessional in his approach. All he cares aboout is his commission. I would totally NOT recommend him if you're selling.

Ian was great until the first offer came in. He didn't listen to my concerns and got really irritated when I asked questions. He wanted me to take an offer that didn't quite work for me and then insulted my character when I stood my ground.
