Team Account Standards

All licensed agents who are part of a team must have their own individual profile listed under the designated Team Profile.

To set up a Team Profile, email admin@rate-my-agent.com with your team name and a complete list of your licensed team members, including their names, email addresses, contact numbers, and photos. Each agent on the team will require their own individual profile.

Review Attribution to Team Members

If it is determined that a review belongs to a team member rather than the team leader, Rate-My-Agent.com will create a profile for the team member if one does not already exist. The review will then be reassigned to the appropriate team member to ensure accurate attribution. This process is intended to maintain the accuracy, fairness, and integrity of individual and team rankings on the platform

How do teams get reviewed?

Each agent on the team will collect their own ratings and reviews, which will all contribute to their team's overall reviews and ranking.

Can a client leave reviews for multiple agents on a team for the same transaction?

No. The limit is one rating per client per transaction. There are mechanisms in place to monitor, audit, and remove ratings that violate this policy.

What if an agent leaves a team?

Agents can leave a team and keep their own reviews. Email admin@rate-my-agent.com from the email address we have on file for the agent to request removal from a team.
