This realtor panics when a property is slow to sell and pressures you to make dramatic price drops. After we dropped the price twice to the tune of $30,000.00 she wanted to drop again another $10,000.00. After we said no she moved out her staging (during a showing) and canceled her contract leaving clients who have made her over $30,000.00 in 10 years high and dry. She may be a discount broker charging 1% but she will discount your home by much more!!In the end you will lose$$$
