She knows the investor side of the house, too, so she knows how to spot a good deal where there's one there. Natash gets back to you within hours, not days! At the end, she got the deal I wanted! Seller paid all of closing costs, AND paid 10k to me. We thought we weren't going to get all of that. She has no problem working any kind of a deal you want.
