Most agents out there today are ignorant on so many rules, and they get away with their ignorance because... how will their customers know the difference? I've got a few family members who raved about how good their agents were ("so nice, so friendly!"), but when they told me the details of their case, it was clear to me that their agents lacked important knowledge that could have saved thousands of dollars. By the way, it just occurred to me that in all three cases, she pounced even though doing so would end up reducing her pay. How many agents would go through such time and trouble, just to reduce their own pay? I was about to type that she always called me back promptly, but then I remembered call-backs weren't necessary because she usually answered the phone (imagine that). If she missed my call, she called back within minutes. Here's the deal. Quality agents are extremely rare these days. Too many smile a lot and dress up pretty, but there's nothing between the ears. I've been at this a long time, and I demand the services of a true expert. Natasha is a diamond in the rough, and I will never hire another.

Sold townhouse and bought a single-family house ($650K) With a great pleasure and absolute confidence I want to recommend Natasha????s help to everyone who wants to sell and/or buy property. Natasha saved me to have my hose foreclose and was able to sell it as a short sale instead. She explained to me that my credit damage would have a less harmful impact if I didn't foreclose. She got the house on the market within 24 hrs after we spoke and had multiple contracts the first weekend she put it on the market. Absolutely wonderful to work with. She started to work with me before we had even signed an agreement, and she was in Europe at the time.
