Unprofessional, rude, and uses condescending tone. She is "discounted" for a reason. Would not recommend her services to anyone.

Reply: I'm sorry your experience was not a positive one. Usually I try to be as professional as possible. There is one incidence where I was possibly rude on the phone. I was staging a house in SE Calgary and the ladder slipped. I landed up falling on my back and broke 3 ribs. Then my cell phone rang. I should have let it go to voice mail but took the call. I was in extreme pain. My ribs have since healed and I'm sure you are the client who called and caught me at a very difficult time. Again, my apologies. Please feel free to contact me anytime to discuss. Reply: Divorce is difficult. No doubt yours was too and I'm sorry you had such a hard time.
