We are a young professional couple who had an earlier poor experience with an agent who we let go (and other prior buying experiences that also were on the negative scale). We found Randy after searching. He has solid wisdom and experience - knows about the business, and about Ottawa neighbourhoods and lands, and can appropriately review a property with you. He is a great listener - this was important to us after our prior experiences. He realized there were two of us with different priorities and navigated us toward our own agreement (!). Attentive, but calm - did not stress out (or stress us out); thoughtful; and (get ready for it...) caring. It took us a few takes initially before we realized this was not contrived. Well recommended.
