Randy helped us buy our first home. He was very patient and kind throughout the process - even though we saw a million houses, he never made us feel rushed or pressured. We lost several homes in bidding wars before getting the one that we all liked best anyway, so it worked out well in the end. He could have been tougher in negotiating the price with the other agent and also in hindsight, we wish that our offer had been conditional, but that was our decision ultimately, not his. I would take his understanding personality over someone more cut throat any day. Buying a house is a huge decision and you want to be with someone you trust. He truly seems to enjoy looking at houses and providing the best advice that he can.
