With over 30 years of experience, Randy knows the neighbourhoods of Ottawa extremely well.    He worked hard to understand our preferences and encouraged us to see homes we wouldn't/couldn't buy to help us understand the market and trade-offs.  Never pushy, his insight was invaluable when it came to navigating what was a stressful set of circumstances for us.  His approach to analyzing the market and a home's worth is quite technical and he's willing to share these numbers with you if you are interested.  He was very helpful in identifying potential issues in homes we saw before getting an inspection done.  Randy was also very practical in his staging suggestions; understanding what would make the most difference while allowing us to still live in our house.  He does his own photos and editing, which showed our home very well.  And when we were away for some time during the selling process he went above and beyond to make sure our house stayed in good shape - even doing some yard work!  Above all we found Randy to be trustworthy and caring.  We felt that we had someone who was truly working hard to get us the best possible outcome.
