Greg Howe Review

Greg Howe was one of the laziest real estate agents I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. He promised us a quick sale, then sat on our property listing for six months. After one conditional offer, he did not make any effort to show our house. When the deal fell through he, simply quit. He did not represent us when we were out of town, allowing a building inspector to damage our property and electronics devices. Do not waste your time with this agent, learn from our mistake.

Reply: This health care worker accepted a full price offer within 2 weeks ( subject to SOP ). They let the house run down , dog urine saturated the carpets , dog feces cluttered the yard , baseboards chewed away, Front porch posts were damaged by car , and they had the hydro and heat turned off ( could not afford the payments ). Doing open houses were embarrassing . When the SOP sold , the buyers home inspection was tragic , and the ambulance driver and unemployed partner refused to fix any of the repairs . I volunteered to rebate the entire commission to help pay the costs , but these slobs expected me to cover all expenses or they would report me ( I recorded the the entire conversation , then filed a threatening police report . That was the last L heard of them , found out later the bank repossessed .
