While selling my home in Mississauga Greg kept in contact with me with all the relevant listings and solds. Then when we sold he was able to find a perfect home in the country, yet five minutes to shopping and hospital. There was nothing I wanted on the market. Greg had to look into exclusive listings to find it. I loved it and he brought the offer to the house when we first viewed the house. He negotiated a great deal, below asking price, rental option rather that bridging that saved us thousands and a tractor. After seeing the homes on the market we were so pleased to get our new home way below market value, at a time when houses were going over asking. Greg did not show us lots of houses, only the ones that fit our needs. He listens and he will find your dream home, even if it means looking outside the MLS listings. - Debby Federico

Terrible communicator. Doesn’t return calls and then was . late for our appointment - Rob Crawford

Reply: This person expected me to hold a property for 6 months with no deposit so he could have time to flip it , The sellor said no and instructed me to tell the person ( who does not have a down payment , or qualifies for a mortgage ), to move on . This person did not show up for the scheduled showing , nor did I ever talk to them on the phone ( email ). This person did all negotiations by email , until I cut him off . The purchase price was $ 140,000 . Being called a terrible communicator by this person , who did not know what a mortgage is , just goes to show you how 2 bogus reviews against me in 31 years , must be a compliment . I have received hundreds of thank you cards , why aren't those reviews in here

Greg Howe was one of the laziest real estate agents I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. He promised us a quick sale, then sat on our property listing for six months. After one conditional offer, he did not make any effort to show our house. When the deal fell through he, simply quit. He did not represent us when we were out of town, allowing a building inspector to damage our property and electronics devices. Do not waste your time with this agent, learn from our mistake.

Reply: This health care worker accepted a full price offer within 2 weeks ( subject to SOP ). They let the house run down , dog urine saturated the carpets , dog feces cluttered the yard , baseboards chewed away, Front porch posts were damaged by car , and they had the hydro and heat turned off ( could not afford the payments ). Doing open houses were embarrassing . When the SOP sold , the buyers home inspection was tragic , and the ambulance driver and unemployed partner refused to fix any of the repairs . I volunteered to rebate the entire commission to help pay the costs , but these slobs expected me to cover all expenses or they would report me ( I recorded the the entire conversation , then filed a threatening police report . That was the last L heard of them , found out later the bank repossessed .
