Sherry was all "sizzle" and no steak. She spent way too much time telling me that my property didn't sell and not why it didn't. She didn't try. She occasionally had an open house to give the impression of effort. The open houses were only one hour long, with little or no advertising. After one my next door neighbor hadn't even realized there had been one!
