Sherry was all "sizzle" and no steak. She spent way too much time telling me that my property didn't sell and not why it didn't. She didn't try. She occasionally had an open house to give the impression of effort. The open houses were only one hour long, with little or no advertising. After one my next door neighbor hadn't even realized there had been one!

As always Sherry did an excellent job of both selling my home and helping me find the perfect new home. She was always available to show me new homes and set up 'last-minute' open houses. She even came and helped me get ready for a showing scheduled just prior to listing. - WJM
