I had a very short involvement with Mr.Ferguson which lasted about 1 week. The reason that I discontinued working with this agent was because he lied to me about the Status of 4 apartments which I had requested viewings for. He told me they were all sold when, in fact, they were not sold. Only one of the 4 apartments had an accepted offer but he did not tell me that, he told me that those 4 units were sold. I thought it was odd that 4 places, located with in a couple of blocks of one another, would all sell in the same week. So I called the listings myself to inquire about their status, that's how I found out that they were not sold. It's important to be able to trust the real estate agent that you work with and for me I just couldn't trust him after that.
