Richard was helpful and knowledgeable. He seems to really care about his client. I have never felt this trusting of a real estate person. He is hoping to sell but he is looking for the best for his client before anything else. Great agent in the current frenzied climate where real estate agents are often out for their own interests. I had a very short involvement with Mr.Ferguson which lasted about 1 week. The reason that I discontinued working with this agent was because he lied to me about the Status of 4 apartments which I had requested viewings for. He told me they were all sold when, in fact, they were not sold. Only one of the 4 apartments had an accepted offer but he did not tell me that, he told me that those 4 units were sold. I thought it was odd that 4 places, located with in a couple of blocks of one another, would all sell in the same week. So I called the listings myself to inquire about their status, that's how I found out that they were not sold. It's important to be able to trust the real estate agent that you work with and for me I just couldn't trust him after that.

Reply: I find this hard to believe that an individual would be so upset over an email interaction. I have never met this client and after odd behaviour I decided not too! I love that in this business, that I get to select my clients and work with people that are truly amazing instead of the opposite.
