Mark's slogan is "Commitment to Excellence." His work should be considered the exact opposite of that. He is unprofessional, breaks contracts, does not return phone calls, does not comply with simple requests, and has ultimately cost us time, sleep, and money. We hope no one will have to go through the stress we have gone through in working with him. Hiring him was the worst mistake we ever made.
