This guy is a slime ball. There isn't a word for the lack of punctually and action he has shown us. The true nature of his deficiency became apparent after our agent called repeatedly just to get a confirmation paper that he conveniently said he had, but failed to produce. The list goes on but there is not enough room on this site. He is without a doubt the worst agent we have ever had the misfortune of dealing with

Mark's slogan is "Commitment to Excellence." His work should be considered the exact opposite of that. He is unprofessional, breaks contracts, does not return phone calls, does not comply with simple requests, and has ultimately cost us time, sleep, and money. We hope no one will have to go through the stress we have gone through in working with him. Hiring him was the worst mistake we ever made.
We bought and sell with Mark. It was worst time on market, during the internet buble crisis. Mark was with us every step of the way. He is very knowledgeable and with both real estate and mortgage licence he should be your best pick. - Jelena Mitrovic
