Working with Alex was such a pleasure! We were fairly new to Victoria and he came highly recommended by a family friend. He spent a long time with us on an initial call talking through all the areas of the city and was so knowledgeable. All told we saw about 6 properties together, and he always came so prepared with details. He was so helpful in the properties explaining details to us and keeping an eye out for potential issues. Alex really listened to what we wanted for our family and would be more critical of listings than us, with our best interests at heart. We were all really impressed with one home, and when it came to a bidding war he offered great advice on perceived value and where to draw the line… so we lost out on that property, only to find one the following week which we loved even more. Alex also helped us to win out on that bidding war and then hooked us up with a great team of mortgage advisors, inspector etc. So friendly, always quick to respond, and really made the whole process exciting and easy.
