Wow, I couldn't have been happier with my decision to work with Alex. From the beginning, Alex was super professional and clearly demonstrated his commitment to his craft. He's got experience from the building materials side of real estate which ended up coming in very handy when we were touring condo buildings as he was able to actually explain how the buildings are built and what to look for when you're reviewing strata docs to see if something is a good buy or not. He also knew Victoria's real estate market super well (both the macro trends and the micro trends). Alex is very thorough and strikes the perfect balance in giving you his perspective and recommendation but ultimately leaving you completing in control to make an informed decision that's right for you. It's perfect because we didn't waste any time and were able to navigate the home search in a way that not only felt efficient but really wound us up finding the perfect place - Alex unequivocally puts his clients needs first over absolutely anything (which was especially evident when he went up to bat for us in some last minute negotiations during hours leading up to our offer and removing subjects - Alex was a pro at helping us navigate this and can't think of anybody who would have done a better job advocating for us and ultimately getting us very favourable terms in the negotiation!) Overall, can't recommend highly enough - driven, motivated, smart, a joy to work with, knows his shit, SUPER responsive/quick, and is there to do what's best for you always.
