Note we have bought & sold 26 houses(13 moves). We have had a range of agents, Alex is top tier. Why? Under promises, over delivers. Sounds obvious, not always true HE RETURNS HIS PHONE CALLS, He listens, non judgemental, gives you the downsides of a property/area not just features/benefits. Downside, he’s young, for an older demographic like us, we might tend to dismiss a young agent, but in this case don’t. He was well brought up & once you work with him he will be your last agent. One more thing people sometimes overlook, & keep this in mind is the agents ability to negotiate with other agent at the negotiating stage. Here he shines once more. As you consider this very important decision make sure ALEX HUGHES is in the mix, you won’t regret it. Ps my wife wants to adopt him
