I have tried to contact Amber Jenings multiple times by phone and email. I have failed to receive follow up responses after calling multiple times requesting to speak with her directly and getting any additional information on the property. I have dealt with her office associate only and still have only received two replies via email from Amber. The responses I receive from her office associate is "she has a house showing and will get back to you" and "she is taking a course". I have tried several days and try to make another offer but only got one email from Amber stating she will contact me between house showings - this was 3 days ago and still have not heard back from her. I would avoid hiring this agent or have any dealings with her.

Reply: Thanks for your note. Unfortunately, the last 4 days I’ve been up at the hospital with a very sick family member. She is elderly and had a serious fall—which had lead to other complications and I am her only support person. Unfortunately family has had to come first during this time. I will certainly be happy to speak with you when I return. I did follow up with you last week, and passed along to you that unfortunately the offer you proposed of 70,000 under asking was not something the sellers wished to proceed with. When I return, I would be happy to chat about your thoughts on that. Thanks for reaching out and for your understanding during this serious family time
