About Amber Jenings...
Amber Jenings is the dynamic Owner and Broker of Record of PEAK® Point Real Estate Brokerage in Sauble Beach, Ontario. After earning her Real Estate License in 2007, she began her career with another local company. A young and skilled entrepreneur, she and her wonderful Husband, Jason, purchased their own PEAK® Real Estate Franchise in 2010 and started their new business from scratch. In her first three years in real estate Amber became a leader in sales and since starting their own company, she and Jason have grown the brand into a leading real estate business in Grey Bruce.
In 2020, Amber & Jason will be celebrating their 10th year with their own Business. They are excited to announce that as of March 1st, 2020, PEAK® Point Real Estate Brokerage has opened a 2nd Location in Owen Sound, Ontario. In 2020, Amber was excited and honoured to be the Top Selling Realtor Member of the Real Estate Board of Grey-Bruce Owen Sound for Residential, Commercial, Land (not including Farms). She sold almost $43 Million in Volume for this year.
Also in 2020, Build Magazine wrote an article on Amber & her Team, and bestowed the honour of: "Best Waterfront Broker for Bruce County".
Top Agent Magazine has featured Amber on the upcoming Cover of their Magazine for March 8th, 2021, as well featured a 6 page feature spread on Amber, Jason & their Team.

In 2010 & 2018, Amber was nominated for Business Women of the Year for the Owen Sound area, as well as nominated for RBC’s Canadian Women Entrepreneur of the Year in 2018. Additionally she has been named “Real Estate Professional of the Year ” by World Wide Branding and holds the distinction for being top in sales for the local real estate board for various past categories.
Amber has completed the intensive training program offered by The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and has received her Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designation.
She also holds the ABR, SRES and E-Pro Designations.
Her training and talents also extend to staging and design, as she draws on her background in the family business of Interior Design. She is known for consistently going above and beyond for her clients by offering extensive marketing and staging consultations. Jason brings to the table an extensive national marketing background. His videography skills have been enlisted by the Town of Saugeen Shores, for their Tourism Videos. He is an exceptionally talented Drone Photographer, Videographer & Media Specialist.
Amber & Jason were both born & raised in Owen Sound, Ontario. They live in Sauble Beach with their 8 year old daughter, Olivia, and their three dogs. Their combined familiarity with the region, including: Owen Sound, Georgian Bluffs, Sauble Beach, Southampton, Port Elgin, Wiarton, Saugeen Shores, South & North Bruce Peninsula, as well as the surrounding areas, give their Team a competitive edge to get the best results possible for their clients. Firstly, Amber came highly recommended from a friend who has bought multiple properties in Bruce County. Amber was instrumental in establishing a value on my property for making a decision on whether to buy it or put it to the market. Her turn around time for both requests was less than 24 hrs. The appraisal package Amber delivered contained an honest and realistic description of the project, substantial list of comparable properties and was presented in a format that was professional enough to be lawyer ready. Amber put enormous effort into this project with know expectation of listing the first time and again when the appraisal date needed to be changed. Amber was within 5 % of both the certified and bank appraisal demonstrating her skill, accuracy and honesty. After working with Amber I became much more aware of her media exposure in the community and if I am ever in the need of a real estate agent she would be my choice. - John Norman

Amber is totally amazing in everything that she does. This is second property Amber has sold for me. I would recommend her to anyone thinking of selling. Or buying. Just give her a call. She will come out and give you a price that she can get for your home and gets it in a very short amount of time. Her photography is total spectacular with drome outside pictures and 3d walkthoughs. Amber is very knowledgeable but made the whole transaction feel like it was just another number she was going to add to her total sales for the year. Things that were important to myself as the seller were not acknowledged by her and her sales team, and was made to feel like this transaction was not as important as other deals they were working on at the current time. - Natasha Alexander

With your somewhat nasty review, I was quite shocked & dumbfounded to be honest. Throughout the course of dealing with yourself + the 5 other Sellers that owned your Family property--we got back to any emails, phone calls, messages, etc.. in extremely fast & professional fashion. The 3D Virtual Reality Home Tour + Custom Property Video + Property Slideshow that we created for you turned out fantastic and showcased the Cottage very well. Our promotion of the property in social media and other medias were super successful and got us a sale with an excellent sale price for the Family, in very little time. The only issue I can even fathom you might've had your nose out of joint with, was when you emailed me to ask me who had dug internet lines in the ground of the cottage. I had no idea, had not been notified by the other Agent, or Buyer...so I assumed it was done by the local GB Tel Folks, who are actively putting in internet lines in the Community currently. I got back to your emails fast and with info on who you could call. I'm sorry that you feel the way you do, but I have to say that I do feel this review is unwarranted and unfair to our Team.
