This wouldn't be a bad thing if those agents were well prepared and professional.
All showings and open house were superficial. They were not presenting the features of my house. She promised advertise door by door, communication with her buying agents, nothing like that was ever done. Week by week was less and less communication.
Luckily we had good neighbours who called us when the door was left unlocked after showings.
She basically asked me to lower price and to accept 10k bonus payment towards the buyer's agent if sold to the selling price. Even though the price offered was 50k less, the buyer's agent took the bonus payment.
