As a military family we started remotely looking at houses and Marc's honest review process allowed us to narrow down the areas and properties we preferred. His seamless use of technology to do virtual tours allowed us to get a good picture of houses remotely to further reduce our list for our 10 day house hunting trip. During our house hunting trip he made us a priority and adeptly built a reasonable, but aggressive schedule to get to the houses we wanted to see. He provided fair assessments of properties and when asked shared his personal opinion on esthetics, resale value, and recommendations for required upgrades to improve value. He guided us through a slightly more complexe purchase on a property that already had an accepted offer with conditions while protecting our interested in the process.
